I am working with a group of investors and we are looking for someone to joint venture, partner, and fund a commercial deal in 2nd position.

$50K needed for 2nd mortgage –

$450K is 1st mtg.

Property is in Salt Lake City Utah

Property generates 110K per year.

So need a $50K loan at around 10% interest plus lowest points – or joint venture / partnership.

Name what you can do for points and interest and we’ll look at all offers. We would pay monthly PI payments.
